Dr. Fredbaugh died March 29, 2007, at Aultman Hospital in Canton.
She was born Aug. 5, 1962, in Painesville.
The family requests that memorials be made to the Kidney Foundation or Hospice of the Western Reserve.

Rest in Peace dear Loreal.
You touched my life more than you will ever know.
I learned that you can't help someone unless they are willing to see their own beauty and love.
You are such a beautiful soul Loreal who couldn't see past the scarring.....you can release that now and love all that is!!! Thanks for being my teacher and letting me learn from you!!!
