workshop/competition for the girls.
I love watching them dance.
I love watching all the creativity that goes into
the choreography.....a beautiful weekend.
hope you enjoy some of the pictures above from the weekend and
hope you enjoy the quote below.

Michele

thanks!!
You may be sorry that you spoke,
sorry you stayed or went,
sorry you won or lost,
sorry so much was spent.
But as you go through life, you'll find--
you're never sorry you were kind.--Herb Prochnow

Michele: Thanks for linking to Poetic Alchemist. I would enjoy hearing more about your and Mark's experiences at Omega Institute. It sounds like you go there on a fairly regular basis. Namaste, Don
'Life is beautiful. By opening our hearts and souls to the compassionate and loving music of life, we begin to live and blossom in ways that we could not have imagined. I say, we should enjoy life and be not too concerned by those who have yet to realise the true beauty of living, enjoying, loving and dancing, etc. And those of us who can't, should simply imagine all these things. The imagination is a very powerful tool that allows us to access the divinity that resides within us all.'

Namaste and peace to you all.
ps. Thank you Michele for your comments on Rumi 20
beautiful!!!
Don,
I will email you and tell about Omega. It is a magical place!!
Thank you for posting a link to my website Michele! I love your new look and all the wonderful, inspiring sayings and pictures you post here!!! Oh, and the camping! I have taken my kids on camping road trips...such fond memories! And I too, am interested in the Omega Institute...I would love to go there sometime. The person I learned Qi Gong from got her certification there. I have seen a catalog from there too...so many interesting things to participate in, it would be hard to choose!
Dear Michele,
I've always been delighted whenever I've visited your site. We are at two different ends of the world but in this blogworld, and through the beauty of the cultural diversity, we are united. May our friendship grow and love abound.
Thank you for your visit to my space, your encouraging comments and especially for the link of my blog here that is so gracious of you and I am delighted.
You've posted beautiful pictures here, and thank you for sharing.

Thank you, Michele, for linking to Word Trips. Kindred spirits I have no doubt, especially after the experience I had with Namaste for Today in recent days. I blogged about it on my Mirror Image blog. Please check it out at: http://our-mirror-image.blogspot.com/2008/04/note-to-self-namaste-for-today.html
Hi Kristie,

Your pictures are gorgeous.
I love the waterfall ones!!!!!
wow...Qi Gong....how do you like that?
I want to learn about sometime.
You would love Omega.....and all the nature there. We have been going there every year for vacation for about 7 years now...this year will be our 8th.....We go during family week now that Mira is a teen...the kids love it there too.
In fact Macy got her picture put in the catalog this year....
I tried to email you and tell you this but I cant access your email from your website for some reason.
hope you are having a great day Kristie....and thanks for all of your kind words.
Namaste,
Michele

Michele: Thanks. My email is: diannone@ix.netcom.com. Omega is of great interest to me.
Hi Michele,
Thank you once again for your compliments on my pictures! I'm glad you enjoy them! Sorry that my contact link didn't work...oh, I probably messed something up, or it's the program I'm using...I'll check into it! Thanks for letting me know. Meanwhile, it is klovett at spe.midco.net.
I find Qi Gong to be a wonderful meditation practice. You work with your Qi (Chi), which is where your focus lies...and the slow movements help to "give the monkey something to do" as my instructor would say, referring to our overactive mind! For a while there were four of us who gathered regularly, which seemed to increase the energy flow...including for a cat! But that's a whole other story!
Going to the Omega Institute for your vacations sounds so awesome...making it a family experience too. I know I would love it!!!
Have a great day! Namaste, Kristie
Michele,
Thank you. I wish to be in Ohio during the Fall next, having seen the summer and the winter there already. But it seems not possible this year, as there is a wedding during that time (Oct-Nov - date yet to be fixed).
I welcome you to India and Kuwait, and please let me know when you plan on it. While in India, we can go visit some Himalayan region, and am pretty sure you'll love it.
Namaste. :)
