Lessons I am learning on the mat.


Four Noble Truths

1. We all experience a sense of dis-ease, or chafing in life.
2. The reason for this discomfort is not wanting things to change when they
do and wanting them to change when they don't -- attachment and aversion.
3. The good news -- there is a cure for this suffering.
4. The path of yoga and meditation and other conscious ways of being in the
world.
