"I don't want to have written on my tombstone, when finally people struggle through the weeds, pull back the moss, and read the inscription there: 'He made his car payments."

Hi Michelle! Thanks for your great response to my book...do you remember the part when I alluded to this David Whyte statement about car payments? I described how, given the nutty extreme of some of the people with whom I come in contact, I actually had a friend who objected to how the Whyte quote demeans the timely delivery of car payments, and concocted a hypothetical narrative in which, essentially, the ulitimate spiritual salvation of mankind was the direct result of someone making their car payments! Wish I could remember the tale she told!

Cheers!
